About

There are no pet rocks in the Magnificent Minimalism blog.  Go cry, picture of an ordinary gray stone.

This ordinary gray stone is not, and never will be, my pet rock.

That’s right.  Weep into your socks.  The adorable frisson pzzowned your ass.

Stopped by after seeing your message for a blog buddy at The Daily Post. I had so much fun reading your blog that I’m going to subscribe. Maybe visiting will even help me turn into the minimalist I aspire to be.

Alright crazy person, loved your zany blog. Read all the posts in one go! 🙂 And wanted to subscribe, but looks like in your zeal for minimalism you killed the subscribe via email link too. I demand you get that back on!

Your wish equals my command, Dr. Skeptic! I am married to a physicist. I call him Dr. Sweetheart. Coincidence? I think so!

Oooo I like what you’ve got going on here! Like isn’t the right word, adore! I’m looking forward to reading more of your posts and marveling at your lovely drawings!
*I noticed Neil Gaiman was on your blogroll, my husband and I saw him speak last year, it was wonderful hearing him read his work!*

Oh, now I am full of envy. I am, like totally, Neil Gaiman’s squeeing fan girl. Only in the dignified, non-creepy way.

This is great! I am beginning a huge purge in my life right now. I look forward to reading more. Subscribing now!

Awesome! Huge purges are amazing. I once got rid of 50 garbage bags worth of stuff, and it was *incredible* and scary and incredibly lightening.

I’m new to blogging and you’re setting a good example for newbies.

Thanks Nancy! I’m actually really thrilled to hear that. I’m strutting around and preening and saying “I’m setting a good example! I’m so awesome!”

Hello, I’ve added you to the recommendations page I have on my blog, hope you don’t mind. My current readership is minimal, but special.

You have a great blog here. I like random!

Oh my goodness! You make me laugh out loud. Every day.

Hey, thanks for the wonderful comment on my blog about my Pie-an-er lessons!! I will go back, I pinky swear. I so want to be a minamilist, but first I need to learn how to spell it. I have a little bit of fear however. I might need that stuff someday. My resolution for 2011 is not to buy any new clothes all year long. It’s only Feb. and if I plan on seeing this goal to December, I’d better lose some weight!!! I’m down to one pair of jeans that fit comfortably. Btw, I subscribed.

Definitely think opposites attract. Love your minimalism and simplicity, even though I’m all about stuff. Not that I wouldn’t mind downsizing and decluttering. Attachments to my surroudndings, memories they hold, as well as the joy I absorb from their aesthetics, make backtracking difficult. So until I “own” the phrase “less is more,” I’ll just content myself with living vicariously through you.

can’t even compose the least possible comment…hugmamma.
